Heavy load wide board chain + rail conveyor provides strong carrying capacity, suitable for heavy load applications. 1. Option: The front end and rear end of the machine can be extended, and the outer side of the protruding of the upper furnace is 300mm (the length of the whole machine will be lengthened 600mm).

2. Note: According to production capacity requirements, the recommended heating zone number is: 4 heating zones, 5 heating zones, 8 heating zones, 9 heating zones, 10 heating zones, 12 heating zones, which can be customized.

Installation Requirements

1. Power requirements:
①Three phase five wire: voltage 380V, frequency 50/60HZ;
②The wire diameter requirement is 16mm² or more, with a leakage protection switch of 125A and a leakage capacity of 150-200mA.

2. The ground is required to withstand a pressure of 1000kg/m².

3. External ventilation requirements: Duct specification 2-Ø150mm; Two exhaust ports, with a single exhaust port having an exhaust volume of approximately 15M³/min.
