Soldering module
Using a microhole drip nozzle, 130um diameter, spray range of 2~8mm. Servo motor motion control, point-to-point injection, a lot of saving flux use, injection accuracy of ±0.25mm. Standard nozzle blocking detection, automatic cleaning function.
Preheating module
The preheating module is composed of bottom preheating, top preheating and welding thermal insulation module. Each temperature zone independent circulation, independent temperature control. According to the product size, the heating outside the product size range can be automatically turned off, which is simple to save energy.
Soldering module
Using miniature electromagnetic pump tin furnace, large flow, wave peak stability, solder joint penetration depth. The motion repetition accuracy of the welding platform is high, and the welding accuracy is ±0.15mm. Nitrogen protection in welding zone effectively reduces oxidation and prevents nozzle clogging. It can automatically calibrate the crest, detect the liquid level height, ensure the stability of the crest, and have the function of solder joint slimming. Two CCD cameras are standard for monitoring welding status and PCB positioning programming.
Transfer module
The transfer module consists of three parts: spray transfer, preheat transfer and welding transfer. Suitable for transfer process edge of more than 3mm. Spray and welding transfer tracks are equipped with stop positioning devices to ensure spray and welding accuracy. The welding transfer adopts roller design to effectively prevent high-temperature deformation.
Software introduction
Support CAD, Gerber, coordinate documents, picture documents a variety of ways to program, standard teaching camera, online visual programming. Supports offline programming. Each solder joint parameter can be set independently. Full visual operation, online debugging is convenient and fast. Automatic optimization of welding sequence, saving welding time.
